I was committed to making a difference in the world and wanted to leave behind a legacy of making the world a safer place, free from sexual violence. What I soon learned and what I am here to support you through is that difference begins with you.

I have been mentoring and coaching individuals for nearly a decade and specialize in working with Women, particularly Black women. Navigating leadership and advancing in your career have obstacles that are unique to you. I partner with you to help avoid known barriers and learn how to recover from the unforeseen gracefully.
