Ending Payne offers strategic consulting services to individuals, nonprofits, and businesses to prevent and respond to sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and intersectional gender equity.
Ending Payne addresses the lack of intersectionality and DESI in the anti-violence movement and broader gender equality efforts, strategies, and organizational development within International Development and Humanitarian efforts. We work with the UN, international and national NGOs, business, community-based groups, and Universities providing high-quality, individually tailored services.
Ms. Payne is a public speaker, skilled facilitator, and thought leader who weaves together her extensive professional experience with her personal (and shared) experiences of being a queer, black woman (and other intersecting identities) navigating senior leadership positions to elevate the work of protection and equity at all levels of an organization.
